If we think we’re going to entertain people into the presence of God, if we think we’re going to sing people into the presence of God, we need to get a revelation that it is through the inconvenient, uncomfortable place of prayer where true transformation takes place… If you really want to be changed you’re going to have to pray. You can’t just come to the alter. Pray. You come to the alter and that is a place of initiation but if you do not go home and get fascinated with the presence of God and live the lifestyle of prayer and don’t care what anyone thinks and do the inconvenient, diligent seeking there will be no reward.
